Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password, you can request to reset your password.

1. On the log-in page, click “Forgot?”
2. Type in the email address which you used to create your account.
3. Check your email for a password reset link. It may be in your spam/junk folder
4. Make your new password.

Maths question was wrong

If you entered your username and password correctly and answered the maths question correctly but you still cannot log in, try these steps:

1. Make sure you are not also logged into your school website or using your school laptop.
2. Try to use Private Mode or Incognito Mode to log in.

If both of those do not work, then please use the following steps:

1. Try to log in.
2. When you get the “maths question is wrong” error, press the Back button on your browser.
3. You will now be at the log in page. Click the Refresh button (or press F5 on your keyboard).
4. Now try to log in and answer the maths question again.

You would have been told at the end of your lesson if you have homework that must be completed.

You can also complete any of the other homework or exercises from other courses as many times as you like.

• For most homework exercises, you should get new questions each time you start the homework.
• For tests, you will get the same questions each time. You will also be given a password when you get 100%. This password needs to be entered into the next page to show you have finished your homework.

At the top menu, go to Courses.

Click on the Homework course.

Click on the blue “Enroll now” button.

Scroll down to Course Content, there are different topics. Click on the topic to show all the homework.

If it is still not there, that means your homework has not been added yet. Please check back on Saturday.

If you cannot open the homework (it has a locked icon), please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are logged in. Click here to log in.
2. Enrol in the Homework course. Click on the blue button to enrol.

You must be enrolled in the course to do the homework.

To view your feedback, first go to your Dashboard.

Then click on My Quiz Attempts.

You will then be able to see all the homework and tests that you have completed, along with your grade and answers.

If you click on the Details button, it will give you more information. If I have seen your results and marked it, I will leave a comment with feedback at the bottom of the page.

If you did not get 100% for your homework, you can always repeat the homework and try again. You will need to start again from the beginning.

I will look at your answers and provide feedback, which you can view later.

If it is for a test and you did not receive the password, you can still submit a response through the following password page. You must submit a response on the password page if you want feedback, otherwise I will not be able to give you your report.
